Juggling classes and lessons at Juggling Dog Fitness are designed for people who have no experience with juggling. People of all ages and abilities can learn to juggle in this program. Several types of juggling can be taught, including traditional toss juggling with balls and bags, bounce juggling, beach ball juggling and club juggling. Many of the juggling exercises are quite simple involving just one or two balls or bags. More complicated exercises are broken down into small steps so that everyone will succeed at each step. The instructions will be individualized as needed to accommodate different rates of learning. Randy gives lots of encouragement to everyone and will do whatever he can to makes sure you benefit from your time with Juggling Dog Fitness. Classes and lessons are fun and everyone will succeed at their own level.
